Explosion at Ctg Court: JMB’s ‘Boma Mizan’ gets death, another life term

Yesterday, a Chattogram court sentenced Mizan, alias "Boma Mizan", an explosives expert and JMB leader to death, and another militant to a life sentence in prison in a case over the deaths of two people including a police constable in a bomb attack at Chattogram court premises in November 2005. Jabed Iqbal, Ctg JMB's Divisional Commander, was also given a life term. In default, he will be sentenced to two years in prison, stated Advocate Monoranjan Das.
